Purchases and Payments

If you make a purchase through our website or in-store:

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
All payments must be valid and authorized.

Gift Cards

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the purchase, use, and redemption of Tellus gift cards ("Gift Cards"). By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you agree to these Terms.

Issuer

Gift Cards are issued by JMAS Beans, Inc. ("Tellus Coffee," "Tellus," "we," "us," or "our"). Gift Cards can be purchased online on our website and at participating Tellus Coffee locations.

Use of Gift Cards

Gift Cards may be redeemed for eligible products and services at Tellus Coffee retail locations and, when available, for purchases made on our website.
Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash unless required by law.

Reloading and Balance

Some Gift Cards may be reloadable depending on the purchase method.
You may check your Gift Card balance by contacting Tellus Coffee or using the balance-check feature if provided online.

Expiration and Fees

Gift Cards do not expire.
No activation, service, or inactivity fees apply.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards

Treat your Gift Card like cash.
Lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded unless you provide proof of purchase and remaining balance, and replacement is at our sole discretion.
We are not responsible for unauthorized use of any Gift Card.

Refunds and Returns

Gift Card purchases are final and non-refundable.
Items purchased using a Gift Card are subject to our standard return policies.
If a refund is issued for an item purchased with a Gift Card, the refund will be credited back to a Gift Card.

Limitations

Gift Cards may not be resold, exchanged, or transferred for value, except where required by law.
Gift Cards cannot be used for unauthorized advertising, marketing, promotional, or commercial purposes.
